Enterprise Sales Executive (Payment Orchestration)

We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Executive to help scale Paysation’s payment orchestration platform across Europe and beyond.

Mission

At Paysation, we help high-growth businesses accept, route, and protect payments worldwide — through one platform that combines global acquiring, multi-PSP orchestration, and revenue protection.

Our goal is simple: give merchants the payment infrastructure they need to scale across borders without stitching together acquirers, PSPs, and compliance on their own.

We’re building a payment orchestration platform where smart routing, fraud controls, and chargeback tools work as one stack — backed by a merchant portal that puts every MID and provider in a single view.

We’re looking for people who think big, take ownership, and bring curiosity and drive to complex B2B sales.

About the role

If you’re energized by selling products that solve real payment problems — higher auth rates, cross-border complexity, PSP fragmentation, fraud and chargebacks — you’ll feel at home here.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial experience in sales or business development at SaaS, fintech/paytech, e-commerce, or other B2B companies across the EU
  • Fluent English
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
  • Self-starter mindset; comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills — able to manage complexity, prioritize, and make data-informed decisions
  • Commitment to continuous learning and pride in your work
  • A plus: deep understanding of the payments ecosystem — acquiring, processing, routing, fraud prevention, 3DS, and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Build prospect engagement strategies and a qualified pipeline across cold and warm channels
  • Run the full sales cycle: pitch Paysation’s payment orchestration platform and value-added services to digital goods, e-commerce, and B2C global enterprises
  • Drive urgency and mutual action plans as the main point of contact; lead negotiations with C-suite and payment stakeholders at prospective merchants
  • Become an expert on Paysation’s stack — multi-PSP routing, global acquiring, hosted checkout, recurring billing, fraud and chargeback tools — and translate technical capabilities into merchant outcomes
  • Coordinate compliance and technical onboarding with internal teams so merchants go live smoothly
  • Launch and ramp new merchants; track target metrics and use data to spot opportunities for improvement and growth
